From the minute I walked in the staff was extremely attentive and personable. I was brought back sooner than expected, and the technician (Keith, I believe) made sure I felt at ease through the whole process, as I had never had an eye exam before. I appreciated that everyone made conversation with me instead of just going through the motions. Dr. Kneip is very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he was doing and what it was for so I understood completely throughout the exam. I was then brought to Rachael to go over my prescription and choose frames. She sat with me patiently while I mulled over everything and gave me her opinion when I requested it. The entire process was exactly what everyone wishes for when they go to the doctor, and I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist.
